If you are a Michigan Indivisible ADMIN, DO'ER, or ORGANIZER, this group is for you! We welcome anyone from the Michigan coalition to join us for an informal chat about whatever hot topics we’re all facing! This is a casual forum where we exchange ideas, try to identify solutions, and gain inspiration from each other. Team work makes the dream work!
To allow more groups to participate we’ve decided to alternate each month between morning and evening meetings. This a local Indivisible event!
Sign the pledges to protect the 2026 elections! Indivisible is launching the Election Defense Corps.
The Election Defense Corps is a grassroots network of volunteers located in Alaska, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas dedicated to protecting the right to vote before, during, and after the 2026 election. When federal protections are removed, defending democracy becomes a community effort.
By signing up now, you’ll receive strategic updates via email and text, training opportunities, and critical calls to action during key election protection moments in your state.
The Michigan Department of Transportation designates 3 weeks a year for volunteers to clean up their adopted sections of highway. During the Spring cleanup, South Haven Indivisible volunteers filled 17 trash bags!
Summer clean up was canceled this past week due to the excessive heat and dangerous air quality alerts.
Fall pick-up will be scheduled between September 19-27. We'll keep you posted and hope to see you there.
¡Todos Bienvenidos! assists several infants across Van Buren County and there's a constant need for diapers and formula. There is some storage space in South Haven and there will soon be some in Paw Paw.
How you can help:
There's an immediate need for size 4 and 5 diapers, as well as Similac 350 and Similac Advance.
Volunteers are needed to collect and distribute supplies.
Let us know of any local churches interested in doing some diaper and formula drives for TBV.
If you know of a place with a spare closet to add a storage location in the Hartford area for this use, let us know.
Please reach out to southhavenindivisble@gmail.com and we will get your message to the appropriate volunteer coordinator.
